Honig Julienne soup
Honig Julienne soup is a light, clear vegetable soup with vermicelli, finely chopped vegetables and fine garden herbs. With the addition of fresh ingredients you can make a delicious homemade soup. Quick and easy to prepare with the familiar taste of Honig. Responsible choice.
150 g beef soup balls
1 medium leek
100 g carrot
General preparation method
1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2 Once the soup is boiling, add the beef soup balls, the chopped leek rings and the sliced carrot.
3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
