Honig Mix for hash
With the Honig Mix for Hachee you can make a delicious traditional Dutch meat dish. Hachee tastes great with potatoes, red cabbage and rice. Easy and quick to prepare. Full of natural ingredients.
500 g hash meat
4 large onions
250 g carrot
General preparation method
1 Heat 3 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Brown the meat cut into small pieces. Finally, briefly fry the onions cut in half rings and the sliced carrot.
2 Add 250 ml of water. Bring everything to a boil. Let it stew with the lid on the pan for about 2 hours, add water if necessary to prevent it from boiling dry.
3 Once the meat is cooked and soft, add 500 ml of water and Honig base for Hachee. Bring everything to a boil. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with some parsley if desired.
