Honig Mix for tagliatelle cream sauce
With the Honig Mix for Tagliatelle Cream Sauce you can make a surprising pasta. Add fresh ingredients to your liking and easily put your favorite Italian classics on the table. Full of natural ingredients.
300 g honey paste
1 medium onion
400 g (chestnut) mushrooms
200 g spinach (frozen)
400 ml semi-skimmed milk
100 g gammon
General preparation method
1 Cook the pasta as directed on the package, meanwhile thaw the spinach.
2 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Add the (thawed) spinach, the milk and Honig base for Tagliatelle Cream Sauce. Bring everything to a boil while stirring. Let the sauce simmer for about 2 minutes.
4 Finally, add the sliced ham and heat through briefly. Serve the sauce over the pasta.
