Honig Mix for goulash
With the Honig Mix for Goulash you can easily make a delicious Hungarian meat sauce. Add fresh ingredients to your liking and easily put your favorite Hungarian classic on the table. Full of natural ingredients.
500 g beef stew
4 medium onions
2 medium red peppers
300 g rice
General preparation method
1 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan. Brown the chopped stew meat. Finally, briefly fry the chopped onions and the bell peppers cut into strips.
2 Add 250 ml of water. Bring everything to a boil. Let it stew with the lid on the pan for about 2 hours, add water if necessary to prevent it from boiling dry.
3 When the meat is cooked and soft, add 500 ml water and Honig base for Goulash. Bring everything to a boil. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Meanwhile, cook the rice as indicated on the package and serve the goulash with the rice and garnish with some parsley if desired.
