Honig English oxtail soup
Honig English Oxtail Soup is a delicious lightly bound soup. The fine vegetables and the seasoning of cloves and bay leaves, among other things, give your homemade soup a delicious taste. Quick and easy to prepare with the familiar taste of Honig. Responsible choice.
250 g mushrooms
2 tbsp. fresh chives
Replace the mushrooms in step 2 with 100 g carrot and 4 sliced spring onions!
General preparation method
1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2 Once the soup is boiling, add the sliced mushrooms.
3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish the soup with the chopped chives.
