Honig Farmers vegetable soup
350 g farmers soup vegetables
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
General preparation method
1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2 Once the soup is boiling, add the peasant soup vegetables.
3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish the soup with the chopped parsley.
