Honig Macaroni quick cooking
Honig Macaroni Quick Cooking has a short cooking time and is therefore particularly suitable for a quick pasta meal. With the trusted quality of Honig you can easily and quickly put your favorite Italian classics on the table!

300 g Honey Macaroni Quick cooking
1 pack of Honig base for Macaroni Stroganoff
300 g minced beef
400 g Provencal wok vegetables
250 g (chestnut) mushrooms
Day without meat?
Replace the ground beef with vegetarian ground beef!
General Preparation Method
Sprinkle the Macaroni Quick cooking in a large amount of boiling water (1 l for 100 g pasta) and cook it for 5 minutes while stirring. Hold for 4 minutes for a firmer, al dente pasta. Drain the water, rinse briefly with lukewarm water, keep warm in the pan and stir and possibly a dash of (olive) oil.
1 Cook the macaroni as indicated in the general method of preparation.
2 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat. Add the wok vegetables and the sliced mushrooms and fry them briefly.
3 Add 500 ml water and Honig base for Macaroni Stroganoff. Bring everything to a boil while stirring.
4 Let the sauce simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce over the macaroni.
