300 g Honig Spaghetti Quick cooking
1 package Honig base for Spaghetti sauce Bolognese
300 g minced beef
400 g Italian stir-fry mix
1 medium onion
260 g Heinz sieved tomatoes (1/2 pack)
200ml water

Variation tip
Garnish with some fresh basil and grated cheese if desired!

General preparation method

Bring a large amount of water to the boil (1 l for 100 g of pasta). Place the Spaghetti upright in the pan, let it soften for a while and push the spaghetti further under water. Cook while stirring for 6 minutes. Hold for 5 minutes for a firmer, al dente pasta. Drain the water, rinse the kart with lukewarm water, keep warm in the pan and stir in a dash of (olive) oil if necessary.

Spaghetti Bolognese

1 Cook the spaghetti as indicated in the general method of preparation.
2 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat. Add the stir-fry mix and the chopped onion and fry briefly.
3 Add the Heinz sieved tomatoes, 200 ml water and the Honig base for Spaghetti sauce Bolognese. Bring everything to a boil while stirring.
4 Let the sauce simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve the sauce over the spaghetti.
