Grand’Italia fusilli integrali whole grain
100% Freshly Ground Hard Wheat Grand’Italia pasta is produced in Southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, which comes from durum wheat (grano duro). In order to guarantee the right quality, the wheat is milled for 100% in our own mill. The use of durum wheat results in a firm paste that gives a perfect ‘al dente’ bite. This whole-wheat pasta is based on 100% whole-wheat semolina and is therefore darker in color than regular pasta. Due to the coarse structure, this whole-wheat pasta offers a good source of fiber.
Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.Preparation method:1. Use enough water: bring 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta to the boil. Stick to 100g of pasta per person.2. Add some salt and the pasta.3. Bring the water back to the boil and cook the pasta ‘al dente’ for the indicated time.4. Drain and serve immediately.
