Grand’Italia Spaghetti tradizionali
100% freshly ground durum wheat. Grand’Italia Spaghetti tradizionali is produced in southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina, or wheat semolina from durum wheat (grano duro). This results in a firm quality paste that gives a perfect ‘al dente’ bite. Spaghetti is the most famous pasta of all pastas. Literally, spaghetti means ‘little strings’. Usually the strings are about thirty centimeters long, but there are also longer variants.
Instructions for use
Cooking time: 11-13 minutes.1. Use enough water: bring 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta to the boil. Stick to 100g of pasta per person.2. Add some salt and the pasta.3. Bring the water back to the boil and cook the pasta ‘al dente’ for the indicated time.4. Drain and serve immediately.
