Honig Mie Litters were introduced in 195 and have been indispensable in Dutch cuisine ever since. The perfect base for your favorite Eastern dishes. Only add fresh vegetables and a tasty sauce for a delicious noodle dish!

General preparation method
Take 2 to 3 Mie Litters Original per person. Put the Mie Nests in a large amount of boiling water (4 l for 500 g Mie Nests) and cook them for 10 minutes while stirring. Hold for 9 minutes for a firmer, al dente pasta. Drain the water, rinse briefly with lukewarm water, keep warm in the pan and stir in a dash of (olive) oil if necessary.
