Grand’Italia Spaghetti all’uovo
Preparation :Cooking time: 9-11 minutes.
Method of preparation:
– Use sufficient water: bring 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta to the boil. Stick to 100g of pasta per person.
– Add some salt and the pasta.
– Bring the water back to the boil and cook the pasta ‘al dente’ for the indicated time.
– Drain and serve immediately.
