125 g Honey Lasagna Verdi
1 package Honig base for lasagna sauce Tradizionale
300 ml semi-skimmed milk
300 g minced beef
400 g Italian stir-fry mix
390 g Heinz diced tomatoes
500ml water

General preparation method for lasagna tradizionale

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 4). Grease an oven dish of approx. 1500 ml.
2 Pour the milk into a bowl. Stir in the contents of the Béchamel sauce bag with a whisk. Let the sauce stand for at least 5 minutes.
3 Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat. Add the stir-fry mix. Bake this briefly.
4 Add the diced tomatoes, 500 ml water and Honig base for lasagne sauce Tradizionale. Bring everything to a boil while stirring. Let it simmer for about 1 minute.
5 Build the lasagna. Start with a layer of lasagna sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Cover the sauce with lasagna sheets. Repeat until the sauce is used up. Finish with a layer of lasagna sheets.
6 Spoon the béchamel sauce onto the top layer of lasagne sheets. Bake the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Let the lasagna stand for about 5 minutes.
