Lassie Yellow Rice
The ideal basic rice for dishes! This white rice with saffron and turmeric gives extra flavor to both chicken and meat dishes.
1. Put the rice (75 g per person) in a pan with plenty of boiling water.
2. Bring to the boil again and let the rice cook for 8 minutes.
3. Remove the pan from the heat source and drain the rice.
4. Let the rice stand for another 15 minutes with the lid on the pan.
5. Toss the rice briefly before serving.
