Dr. Oetker Vanilla sugar gives a delicious vanilla flavor to all kinds of pastries, but is also very tasty in desserts. On the back of the Vanilla Sugar bags you will find various fun recipe ideas. A pack of Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar contains 10 bags with 8 grams of vanilla sugar.
Instruction for use
Coconut cookies: 4 egg whites, pinch of salt, 200g sugar, 1 bag of Dr. oetker Vanilla Sugar, pinch of cinnamon, 4 drops Dr. Oetker almond aroma, 200g ground coconut. Beat the egg whites with salt. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat the egg whites until the sugar is completely dissolved. First, carefully fold in the cinnamon and almond flavor and finally the ground coconut. Form mounds of the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper with 2 spoons. Bake cookies for approx. 30 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven (100 degrees).
