Dr. Oetker Almond paste is composed of carefully selected raw materials. You can easily use almond paste in filled speculaas, filled butter cake, almond bars, almond rolls and apple pie.
Instruction for use
Mix the almond paste with half of a beaten egg (unless stated otherwise on the packaging of the baking product).
ALMONDS 46%, sugar, water, humectant (E422), thickener (E415), flavoring, preservative (E202), food acid (citric acid). May contain traces of milk, egg, soy and wheat (gluten).
