Grand’Italia Tagliatelle 500gr
Full taste of free-range eggs Grand’Italia pasta is produced in southern Italy according to an Italian recipe and you can taste it! The pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, derived from durum wheat (grano duro) and free-range eggs. Using eggs gives a full flavor to the pasta. The name tagliatelle comes from the Italian word ‘tagliare’ which means to cut. Tagliatelle is made by rolling up sheets of pasta and cutting into ribbons.
Instructions for use
Cooking time: 7-9 minutes.1. Use enough water: bring 1 liter of water per 100g of pasta to the boil. Stick to 100g of pasta per person.2. Add some salt and the pasta.3. Bring the water back to the boil and cook the pasta ‘al dente’ for the indicated time.4. Drain and serve immediately. Serve this egg pasta with a creamy sauce to enjoy the special taste sensation even more.
