Zonnatura Wheat Bran
Wheat bran is the outer layer of the wheat grain. These are separated from the flour during milling.
Add 1 to 3 tablespoons of wheat bran daily to yogurt, cottage cheese, muesli, soup, cookies or homemade bread. The wheat bran can be added to the dish just before consumption and without soaking.
