Ingredients (for 2 liters of soup) • 1 Knorr Soup package Vegetables • 200 g minced meat (balls) or 250 g soup meat
Instructions for use Ingredients (for 2 liters of soup) 1 Knorr Soup package Vegetables 200 g minced meat (balls). Preparation method: 1. Make soup balls from 200 g (unseasoned) minced meat. Bring these balls to the boil with 2 liters of water (do not add salt). Do not put a lid on the pan. 2. Sprinkle the contents of the stock sachet into the boiling water. 3. Then add the bag of soup vegetables and the bag of vermicelli. Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
