Emmi Swiss Cheese Fondue Original
Cheese – melted like fondue in a caquelon – is a traditional Swiss dish. Only Swiss cheese is used in the production of Emmi fondu. The combination of tradition and innovation makes the fondue creamy and gives it a wonderfully mild taste with a light wine aroma. Not only a classic with bread, but also a pleasure with fruit or vegetables.

Swiss CHEESE 52%, white wine, water, potato starch, kirsch, salt, melting salt (E339), spices, stabilizer (locust bean gum). Pasteurized, contains alcohol. Lactose less than 0.01g/100g.
