We made these glossy black-and-whites with a fresh, crunchy coating and a salty black-and-white filling from licorice powder, salmiak and peppermint oil.

sugar, ammonium chloride 2.7%, licorice root extract 1.8%, anti-clotting agents (E470b, E551), modified starch, maltodextrin, gelatin, coloring agent (E171, E153), peppermint oil, glazing agents (carnauba wax, beeswax), vegetable oils (coconut , rapeseed).
