Ingredients
Corn Starch, Salt, Colors (E160a, E160b), Flavoring Can Hold WHEAT (GLUTEN) through the manufacturing process. May contain EGG and MILK.
Preparation: Ingredients
Custard pudding for 4 people
• 65 g Koopmans Custard
• 1 liter of milk
• 65 g sugar
Preparation method custard pudding/custard:
1. In a bowl, stir the sugar into the custard (50 g
custard for custard, 65 g for pudding)
2. Take 6 tablespoons of the milk and stir it into the custard-sugar mixture.
3. Heat the milk.
4. Add the custard mixture to the hot milk while stirring.
5. Bring everything to the boil while stirring.
6. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
FOR custard:
7. Pour the Custard into custard dishes and decorate with, for example, fresh fruit or lemonade syrup.
8. Rinse a pudding mold with cold water.
9. Pour the pudding into the mold.
10. Let the pudding cool for about 3 hours (once cooled, the pudding can be kept in the fridge)
11. Transfer the pudding to a flat plate.
12. Garnish the pudding consistency with fresh fruit whipped cream.

Tip
• You can prevent skin formation by covering the mold with plastic wrap and dusting the pudding with sugar.
