Koopmans Pancakes multigrain mix
The Koopmans brand originated in a buckwheat mill. Founder uilke klazes Koopmans made the tastiest products from buckwheat and was the founder of the brand as it is in the shops today. In the past, buckwheat was widely used for making bread and on special days also for pancakes. That is of course still possible today. Bake a large stack of pancakes with the Koopmans pancake mix multigrain to enjoy with the whole family. These pancakes are almost impossible to fail and have an authentic old Dutch taste thanks to the different grains. Vary with your favorite topping and eat pancakes with powdered sugar, syrup, apple and cheese during a cozy meal with the whole family.

Ingredients:. 78% WHEAT FLOUR, 5.0%. RYE FLOUR, 4.0% whole wheat. OATMEAL, 4.0% whole wheat. BARLEY FLOUR, 4.0% cornmeal, 3.0%. whole grain buckwheat flour, raising agents. (E341.E501), potassium chloride. (salt substitute), salt. May contain EGG and MILK.

Preparation
Add yourself:. 900 ml or milk. 2 eggs. For 11 to 13 pancakes.
To serve
The fried pancakes can be kept warm between two. plates placed on a pan of boiling water. You can do them too. reheat in the oven (approx. 50°C) or in the microwave. • For cheese pancakes: pour batter into the pan. Press 4 slices. cheese per pancake in the batter. Then scoop a little. batter over the cheese slices. • For bacon pancakes: first place the bacon in the pan and pour. then put the batter over it.
PREPARE THE BATTER
1. Put the mix in a mixing bowl and add half of the. milk (450 ml). 2. Stir the whole with a whisk or mixer until smooth. 3. Add the rest of the milk and the 2 eggs while stirring. BAKING. 4. Put a knob of butter or a dash of oil in a frying pan and. let the pan get very hot. 5. Pour some batter into the pan, let it run over the bottom. and fry the pancakes on not too high heat on both. silk golden brown.
