The Zaanse Semi-skimmed Mayo has been developed for the consumer who wants to limit calorie intake and at the same time does not want to miss the taste of the Zaanse Mayonnaise. The same flavor ingredients are therefore used for the Semi-skimmed Mayo as for the Zaanse Mayonnaise. However, the oil percentage has been reduced from 80 percent to 35 percent. In order to guarantee the structure, water, starches and gums are added. Furthermore, herbal aromas have been added to guarantee the delicious taste.
